Emotional Freedom Techniques (known as EFT) is a natural energy healing therapy (founded by Gary Craig in America) and this wonderful energy shifting therapy achieves similar results to clinical hypnotherapy but through a different route. By 'tapping' on meridian (acupressure) points, mainly on the face and hands, negative emotions are usually released and then replaced with more meaningful positive, helpful feelings.
It is possible to quickly learn and carryout EFT on yourself (ask about attending my EFT workshop) but many people prefer the help of an EFT Practitioner to help with their emotional challenges.
This therapy may be helpful for a variety of challenges or emotional issues, in fact, the list is almost endless, for example, confidence, fears, trauma, chronic pain, emotional issues, binge eating, getting over relationships, abundance and it can be tried for almost any challenge!
